Your New Role

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear solutions to homeowners in Woodland, California and surrounding areas

• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to a high standard

• Educate customers on service options and help them make informed decisions

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the day

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

• Serve customers within a 20-mile radius of Woodland, California

• 1 to 2+ years of residential plumbing experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Experience presenting in-home service options to customers

• Valid driver’s license

• Availability to work 40 to 60+ hours per week, including some weekends and emergency calls

• Ability to lift, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces as needed

• Physically able to safely perform all essential job duties
