On average, our Plumbing Repair Specialist and Field Advisor earns north of $150,000 a year - Our pay structure is fully commission-based making earnings uncapped and endless!

Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.
As a Plumbing Repair Specialist and Field Advisor with us, you'll diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently, using appropriate tools and techniques, and present multiple options to clients, explaining the benefits and costs associated with each option. Generate revenue by effectively communicating the value of recommended repairs and improvements to clients. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and installing technicians throughout the sales and installation process, ensuring that the job is installed as described and meets all client expectations. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have. Stay updated with industry trends, code requirements, and advancements in plumbing repair techniques or technologies. Document all necessary information, including job details, estimates, and client interactions, accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.

• Full understanding of plumbing systems within residential homes, including knowledge of sewer lines, water heaters, drain and vent systems, and hot and cold water distribution piping
• Ability to accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions
• A proven track record of successfully reaching sales goals
• Proficiency in writing and presenting estimates for plumbing repairs, considering material costs and labor requirements - Service Titan experience is a plus
• Previous experience with a commission-based pay structure preferred
• Experienced in Sales, Retail, or Client Success preferred
• Experience in plumbing service, including hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance
• Familiarity with hydronic heating systems is a plus, and willingness to undergo training if necessary
• Valid CA Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Reasonable Background Check and Drug Test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
