Pay: $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience

Company-provided computer workstation with multiple monitors
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM

Exposure to purchasing, permitting, scheduling, project documentation, and construction operations

Coordinate administrative and operational activities that support commercial plumbing projects
Request and review vendor quotes for project materials and equipment
Compare pricing and assist with purchasing decisions
Verify quoted products, purchased materials, and vendor invoices for accuracy
Prepare, organize, and maintain project submittals and revisions
Process plumbing and mechanical permit applications and coordinate inspections
Maintain project records, inspection reports, and related documentation
Track project schedules and assist with material procurement timelines
Coordinate material orders and deliveries with field personnel, vendors, and the shop team
Monitor order status and communicate updates related to lead times and deliveries
Maintain pricing records and assist with material cost comparisons
Support inventory organization and material tracking within the shop
Review and process invoices through Docuware
Assemble project closeout documentation, including warranties, operation manuals, and as-built drawings

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and similar office software
Experience using Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or comparable PDF editing software
Understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation
Knowledge of plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment is helpful but not required
Familiarity with purchasing, vendor coordination, material sourcing, or supply chain processes is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with project managers, foremen, vendors, inspectors, and office staff
