Your New Role

• Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department in Chandler, Arizona

• Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field

• Monitor job performance, service quality, and team productivity

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company operating procedures

• Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow

• Support job quoting, service recommendations, and overall operational performance

• Maintain strong communication between field teams and leadership

• Help drive consistent customer satisfaction and operational reliability

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience

• Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of service plumbing operations and field workflows

• Ability to coach technicians and maintain performance standards

• Experience with common plumbing service equipment and diagnostics

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening
