$100,000–$130,000 annual salary depending on experience

Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department in Chandler, Arizona
Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field
Monitor job performance, service quality, and team productivity

Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
Support job quoting, service recommendations, and overall operational performance
Maintain strong communication between field teams and leadership

Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience
Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of service plumbing operations and field workflows

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
