Your New Role

As a Plumbing Foreman, in Sarasota, FL, you will take ownership of plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction projects. You'll lead a team, ensure code-compliant and high-quality work, and keep projects on schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of plumbers on new construction job sites

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee rough-ins, second rough-ins, and final installations

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and plumbing codes

• Ensure compliance with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations

• Install copper, PVC, CPVC, cast-iron piping, sanitary systems, and venting

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve to pass inspections on the first try

• Train and enforce safety standards to maintain a clean, secure worksite

• Report progress and hold team members accountable for quality performance

• 3-5 years of plumbing experience in new construction

• Ability to supervise and lead a team

• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and blueprints

• Experience with rough-in, venting, and fixture installations

• Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure accurately

• Own necessary tools (tool purchasing program available)

• Must pass background check & drug test
