Plumbing Apprentices will have the opportunity to go to an online apprenticeship program and be eligible to test to become a journeyman plumber after 4 years. We assist with all of that. Not only that, you will be able to start running plumbing calls on your own within about one year and once that happens, you will have a clear path to $75,000+ pay per year.

Responsibilities

Safety First: Learn and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
Tool Proficiency: Gain expertise in the proper usage and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
Material and Parts Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with plumbing materials and parts, including their identification and usage.
Plumbing Practices: Develop a comprehensive understanding of common plumbing practices and techniques.
Pipe Sizing and Installation: Learn the principles of pipe sizing and installation for various plumbing systems, including gas, water, drainage, and vent piping.
Private Systems: Gain knowledge and experience in working with private water systems and private septic systems.
Drain Cleaning: Acquire skills in drain cleaning practices to address clogs and blockages effectively.
Bathroom Remodeling: Participate in bathroom remodeling projects, including fixture replacements and plumbing upgrades.
Water Heater Troubleshooting: Learn how to troubleshoot water heater issues and assist in their installation.
Continuous Learning: Stay engaged and open to learning new plumbing techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with experienced plumbers and mentors to contribute to plumbing projects and enhance your skills.
Customer Service: Develop customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Hands-On Training: Gain practical, hands-on experience in various aspects of the plumbing trade, working on real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Must be in a physical condition that allows you to perform the duties of a plumbing apprentice efficiently
Dependable, Trustworthy, and Honest person
Hard worker and willing to work long hours
Good driving record and no criminal background
Must pass a drug test
Clean appropriate appearance for working with the public and in people's homes
Must have Dependable transportation to work
Must have a High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent
Must live within reasonable driving distance of our office in Etters, Pennsylvania
Must be authorized to work in the United States
