Responsibilities

• Learn and develop new plumbing skills under the guidance and instruction of experienced plumbers.
• Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving abilities to contribute to finding solutions in plumbing tasks and challenges.
• Take initiative in assisting with various plumbing duties, including preparing materials, assembling fixtures, and performing basic installations.
• Collaborate closely with lead plumbers, following their instructions and working together to complete plumbing projects efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, actively seeking opportunities to contribute and learn from experienced professionals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Take responsibility for keeping work areas clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Seek feedback from lead plumbers and actively implement suggestions for improvement.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-study, training programs, and learning opportunities provided by the company.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record 
• Clean background check and drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
