Location: Naperville, IL
As a Plumber Apprentice/Helper, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water treatment equipment while working alongside experienced technicians.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with installing water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, water refiners, and related equipment
Help diagnose, service, and repair water treatment systems
Perform water testing using company-provided equipment
Explain water test results and available solutions to customers under the guidance of experienced team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Safely operate and care for company vehicles and equipment
Keep tools, inventory, and materials organized for daily jobs
Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every job site

At least 1 year of plumbing or related mechanical experience
Valid plumbing apprentice card, if required for your experience level
Water treatment experience is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment safely, including on stairs when necessary
Strong communication and customer service skills
Authorization to work in the United States
