Earning Potential: $59,000–$120,000 per year (base + uncapped commission and regular performance bonuses)
Consistent Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM
Job Variety: A mix of residential and commercial installation work, with occasional weekend or on-call rotations

Based out of Riverside, CA (92507), you’ll hit the road each day to install high-quality water treatment systems across the region. This is a hands-on position that combines fieldwork with strong customer interaction. You’ll represent the company with professionalism and pride while delivering dependable service.
Daily Responsibilities:
Start your day at the office by loading materials and reviewing your schedule
Travel within a 75-mile radius to complete scheduled installations
Install water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and related products
Explain system features and usage to customers
Communicate with dispatch between jobs and prepare for the next stop

3–5 years of plumbing or water treatment installation experience
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Prior experience installing water softeners and reverse osmosis systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
