Responsibilities

• Operate company van to travel to various service locations and complete plumbing jobs.
• Perform a wide range of plumbing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide plumbing apprentices, providing them with on-the-job training and sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing assignments, prioritizing the well-being of oneself and others.

• A plumbing Master's license or journeyman certification is preferred, but not required
• Have a strong grasp on service plumbing essentials such as water heater installation/repair.drain cleaning, and plumbing service diagnostics
• 1-2 years of Residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Clean background check and drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
