Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide recommendations
• Complete service calls and maintain accurate records of completed jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities
• Work in collaboration with the team to provide the best customer service possible

• Active Plumbing Certification in Washington 
• 3+ years minimum of relevant professional experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing systems 
• Knowledge of hydronic heating is very valuable
• Strong customer service experience
• Valid Drivers license with good driving record
• Able to pass a drug test 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
