• Schedule Options:

  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Your New Role

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and components

• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work with a focus on long-term solutions

• Service water heaters, water lines, drain lines, fixtures, faucets, garbage disposals, and related plumbing systems

• Conduct plumbing inspections and system evaluations

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly with homeowners

• Complete service documentation, job notes, and work records accurately

• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude while working in occupied homes

• Utilize plumbing diagnostic tools and technology to identify issues efficiently

• Adapt to varying service calls, customer needs, and job site conditions throughout the workday

• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Bradley Mechanical professionally

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service experience

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, installation methods, and repair techniques

• Understanding of applicable plumbing codes and industry best practices

• Valid driver's license that meets company driving requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to accurately document service work and recommendations

• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment

• Ability to perform the physical duties required for residential plumbing service work

• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions
