Provide plant health care and lawn care services for high end residential properties throughout Far Hills, New Jersey and nearby communities
Evaluate the health of trees, shrubs, plants, and turf while identifying pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress
Perform integrated pest management treatments using fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and seasonal applications
Complete foliar sprays, trunk injections, soil treatments, root zone applications, and related services
Perform mosquito and tick control applications as assigned
Operate, calibrate, and maintain sprayers, spreaders, injectors, and other application equipment
Maintain accurate digital records of treatments, property observations, recommendations, and follow up services
Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding landscape health and treatment recommendations
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that support the health of each property
Partner with fellow technicians to complete larger projects and seasonal application schedules
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment while maintaining organized and compliant storage practices
Share knowledge with teammates and assist with technician development when needed
Maintain exceptional standards for safety, compliance, and property presentation

At least 4 years of experience in plant health care, lawn care, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management
Strong knowledge of tree, shrub, plant, turf, pest, and disease identification
Experience applying fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and lawn treatments
Ability to independently diagnose plant, tree, shrub, and turf health concerns
New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License preferred, including Core and applicable categories such as 3A, 3B, or 8B
Willing to obtain required licensing with company support if not currently licensed
Valid driver's license
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to safely operate and maintain application equipment and company vehicles
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Detail oriented with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Experience working on high end residential properties is preferred
Education in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management, or a related field is a plus
ISA credentials are a plus
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials while working on uneven terrain
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to working as part of a professional team
