Responsibilities

Inspect and Diagnose: Conduct thorough assessments of drain and sewer systems to identify blockages, leaks, or other issues.
Unclog Drains: Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to effectively clear drain blockages, including snaking, hydro-jetting, or other suitable methods.
Perform Pipe Repairs: Conduct pipe repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring proper installation and adherence to industry standards.
Pipelining: If specializing in pipelining, perform tasks such as installing, repairing, or relining pipes using trenchless technology.
Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working on drain and pipe systems, including the safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, explaining drain issues, repair options, and preventive measures. Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting repairs, materials used, and any recommendations for clients.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient job completion and sharing of expertise.
Emergency Response: Be available for emergency call-outs to address urgent drain or pipe issues outside of regular working hours if required.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to a high standard, with a focus on long-lasting solutions and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning, pipelining, or a related field
Proficiency in operating drain cleaning equipment and pipelining tools, as well as a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
Possession of a clean and valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
A keen eye for detail to perform precise repairs and installations.
Ability to adapt to various job sites and conditions, including different plumbing systems and customer locations
Must be authorized to work in the US.
