Location: Tyler, TX
Lead and perform trenchless sewer and drain rehabilitation projects throughout the Tyler service area
Conduct sewer camera inspections and evaluate pipe conditions for rehabilitation opportunities
Operate sewer cameras, locating equipment, hydro-jetting equipment, milling equipment, and pipe lining systems
Prepare drain and sewer systems through cleaning, descaling, root removal, and obstruction removal
Measure, cut, wet-out, install, and cure CIPP liners according to manufacturer specifications
Perform post-installation inspections to verify quality and proper liner installation
Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety procedures, and applicable plumbing codes
Review project scopes and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials needed for successful project completion
Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations with customers and management
Maintain detailed job documentation, photos, videos, and inspection records
Lead, train, and support Pipe Lining Technicians and Drain Specialists
Conduct daily jobsite planning and safety discussions
Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and adherence to company procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance
Maintain company vehicles, sewer inspection equipment, jetters, lining equipment, and specialty tools
Assist with sewer replacements, water service replacements, under-slab repairs, water heater installations, tankless water heater installations, filtration systems, excavation projects, and other plumbing installation work when pipe lining projects are not scheduled

Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair, or related plumbing services
Minimum 1 year of experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation or pipe lining
Strong knowledge of residential drain and sewer systems
Experience performing sewer camera inspections and operating locating equipment
Ability to diagnose sewer and drain system issues accurately
Experience with hydro-jetting, drain cleaning, and pipe preparation techniques
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
Ability to work in crawl spaces, trenches, confined spaces, and outdoor environments
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
Experience with CIPP pipe lining systems preferred
Experience with chain knockers, descaling equipment, robotic cutting equipment, and advanced trenchless rehabilitation tools preferred
Previous crew leadership or project supervision experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and commitment to quality workmanship
