• Cleaning: Servicing the facilities, ensuring bait stations are positioned correctly and have attractive bait in them
  
• Observing: Looking around the facility to see other potential issues the customer needs to fix or address

Pay

• $18.00-$21.00/hourly Based on Experience & Certifications
• + Performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performing Pest Control service at customer sites per schedule
• Performing disinfecting, sanitation, or other applications at customer sites
• Ensuring vehicles are in good working order, compliant with all applicable laws, scheduling maintenance as needed
• Ensuring all vehicles and equipment are clean at the end of the day
• Complying with all testing requirements for the position including equipment fit testing
• Clocking in and out using assigned tools
• Submitting requests for time off
• Verifying onsite pest control books are up-to-date and accurate
• Submitting a change of scope of service requests when changes occur
• Submitting Map Changes for New Scope of Work
• Escalating customer complaints
• Following and adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

• Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship Applicators License - Branch 2 preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to work an evening/night shift if needed
• Willingness to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends as necessary
• Ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and or situations
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
