Responsibilities
Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of clients' properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
Treatment: Apply appropriate pest control methods, including the safe use of pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion techniques to eliminate or manage pest populations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all treatments, including the type and quantity of products used, areas treated, and any recommendations for clients.
Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, explaining pest issues, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Address their questions and concerns effectively.
Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling pesticides and equipment, ensuring the well-being of yourself, clients, and the environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new pest control techniques, and safety regulations through ongoing training and education.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of pest control equipment and tools.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and adapt treatment strategies as needed to address challenging pest issues effectively.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues and management to share insights, strategies, and best practices for efficient pest control service delivery.

Job requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years or more of pest control field experience
NY 7A pesticide applicator or operator certification is preferred
Clean Driver's License: Possession of a clean driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (no recent history of automobile accidents)
Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments and tasks promptly
Punctuality: Consistently punctual and reliable in meeting work schedules and client appointments
Customer Communication: Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients, address inquiries, and provide guidance on pest control matters
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to maintain records, equipment, and materials in an orderly manner
Neatness: Maintain a tidy and professional appearance while representing the company
Weather Tolerance: Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
Physical Strength: Capable of carrying a 40 to 60-lb backpack sprayer as part of job responsibilities
Ladder Use: Comfortable working on ladders, with none exceeding 20 feet in height
Residence: Must reside within our designated service area
