Your New Role

  • Generate your own sales leads through proactive outreach and networking

  • Schedule qualified in-home appointments and collect accurate customer information

  • Submit appointment details promptly via email to the Brand Ambassador Manager, including customer contact information, homeowner status, confirmation that all decision-makers will be present, and appointment date and time

  • Clearly explain the appointment process, confirmation procedures, and office contact information to customers

  • Perform professional in-home water demonstrations and product presentations

  • Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs

  • Follow established sales processes while adapting conversations to customer interests

  • Represent Eco Water Systems of Southern California with professionalism and ethical conduct at assigned retail partner locations

  • Maintain company booths and retail display areas in a clean and professional manner

  • Build strong customer relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business

  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including an average of one qualified appointment per hour worked

  • Achieve a minimum of four sales per month

  • Travel to customer homes as needed within the assigned service area in Southern California

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid California Home Improvement Sales (HIS) License

  • Previous experience in water treatment sales or home improvement sales preferred

  • Strong outside sales, consultative sales, and customer relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to actively listen and identify customer needs

  • Strong persuasion and presentation abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer homes

  • Ability to stand for extended periods while working retail events or displays

  • Flexible availability to support retail partner schedules

  • Ability to submit appointment information accurately and on time

  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, persistence, and professionalism

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
