Your New Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be Arctic Air’s driving force in generating new business. This role is tailor-made for someone with a hunter mentality and a relentless determination to meet and exceed targets.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Prospecting and identifying new leads in commercial spaces (10,000–100,000 sq. ft.).
• Making cold calls, scheduling meetings, and delivering persuasive proposals.
• Conducting on-site evaluations, including rooftop unit inspections (yes, ladders are part of the job), and poking around dirty and noisy mechanical rooms.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects for your clients.
• Tracking your progress meticulously to crush aggressive sales targets.
