Located in California, this Operator/Laborer position plays a hands-on role in delivering top-quality infrastructure work. You'll:
Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers
Perform underground pipe installations, including shoring, grading, and backfilling
Support bridgework with form setting, rebar placement, and concrete pouring
Handle site restoration, including grading, asphalt, and seeding
Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and vehicles
Follow all safety protocols while working as part of a high-performing crew

Experience: 3-5 years in civil construction or a similar operator/laborer role
Licenses:
Valid CDL Class A
Journeyman Certification
Skills:

Other: Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screening
