Your New Role

Located in California, this Operator/Laborer position plays a hands-on role in delivering top-quality infrastructure work. You'll:

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers

• Perform underground pipe installations, including shoring, grading, and backfilling

• Support bridgework with form setting, rebar placement, and concrete pouring

• Handle site restoration, including grading, asphalt, and seeding

• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and vehicles

• Follow all safety protocols while working as part of a high-performing crew

• Experience: 3-5 years in civil construction or a similar operator/laborer role

• Licenses:

  • Valid CDL Class A

  • Journeyman Certification

• Skills:

  • Proficiency operating heavy equipment

  • Experience with underground utility installation

  • Concrete and asphalt work knowledge

• Education: Completion of high school coursework

• Other: Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screening
