  • During peak periods or major deadlines, extended hours of up to 50-60 per week may be required.

Your New Role

As an Operator/Laborer, you’ll:

• Operate heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and skid steers.

• Assist with underground pipework, including grading, shoring, and backfilling.

• Support bridgework by setting forms, placing rebar, and concrete pouring.

• Handle restoration tasks such as grading, seeding, and asphalt placement.

• Maintain tools, trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring they’re in top shape.

• Follow safety standards and work collaboratively with your team.

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role

• Licenses:

  • CDL Class A

  • Journeyman Certification

• Skills:

  • Heavy equipment operation

  • Underground pipework

  • Concrete and asphalt placement

• Education: High school coursework completed

• Other: Ability to pass a drug test
