Competitive Pay: $57.70 - $62.50 per hour + overtime pay

Dynamic Working Schedule: The role typically involves a standard schedule of four 10-hour workdays per week. However, workload and hours may fluctuate depending on business needs. For instance:
During storms or unforeseen circumstances, weekly hours might be reduced.
During peak periods or major deadlines, extended hours of up to 50-60 per week may be required.
Diverse Projects: From underground pipework to concrete and asphalt placement, no two days are the same.

As an Operator/Laborer, you’ll:
Operate heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
Assist with underground pipework, including grading, shoring, and backfilling.
Support bridgework by setting forms, placing rebar, and concrete pouring.
Handle restoration tasks such as grading, seeding, and asphalt placement.
Maintain tools, trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring they’re in top shape.
Follow safety standards and work collaboratively with your team.

CDL Class A
Journeyman Certification
