Your New Role

As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and drive the success of multiple government construction projects across Maryland. Your leadership will ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality at every stage of execution.

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely, on-budget completion

• Supervise and mentor project managers and field teams with a strong focus on safety and performance

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as government contract requirements

• Optimize resources; labor, equipment, and materials, for maximum efficiency and profitability

• Implement strict quality control and risk management practices to exceed client expectations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Deliver accurate reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably with government contracts

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local construction regulations

• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, CCM, or CQM (desired but not required)

• Ability to pass and maintain a standard background check and military base access
