Based in Greater Brockport, NY Area, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving daily production and quality. This role focuses less on paperwork and more on getting it done—fast, safe, and right.
Supervise crews and subcontractors on-site
Operate heavy equipment like excavators and dozers
Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide the work
Ensure safety compliance and daily worksite inspections
Conduct quality assurance and adjust as needed
Train and guide new team members
Keep accurate logs for labor, material, and equipment use

Experience as a Working Foreman or similar construction leadership role
Skilled in operating heavy machinery
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Deep knowledge of construction safety and procedures
Valid driver's license and required certifications
Able to work in all weather conditions
