Your New Role

As our Office Manager-Payroll Admin in Golden, CO (In-person), you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, handling everything from payroll to scheduling and customer support. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, assisting customers, and taking work orders.

  • Managing payroll and tracking hours for our team.

  • Light bookkeeping (AP/AR) and bank deposits using QuickBooks.

  • Coordinating employee benefits and business insurance.

  • Handling new hire setup and reporting.

  • Vehicle licensing/registration.

  • Assisting Service Managers with scheduling and work order entry in our CRM software.

  • Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get licensed!).

  • Taking on additional responsibilities as you grow with us!

Job requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative role (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Customer service mindset and a positive attitude.

    • Basic bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!).

    • General computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

  • Additional: Must be reliable and adaptable to different tasks as needed.
