As the Membership Coordinator based in Bronx, NY, you’ll be the trusted go-to person for our growing base of maintenance plan members. You’ll drive sales and retention of memberships across service areas including Manhattan, Mahopac, White Plains, Freeport, and Long Island, while helping the entire operation run smoother and smarter.
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the main point of contact for all membership inquiries, renewals, and sign-ups
Educate customers on the benefits of their membership plans
Schedule preventative maintenance appointments and manage related communications
Keep our CRM clean, current, and loaded with accurate data
Coordinate with internal teams (technicians, dispatchers, accounting) to deliver a seamless experience
Send out renewal estimates, confirm renewals, and follow up on sales
Support outreach and marketing campaigns to boost membership retention and upsell opportunities
Help resolve escalated customer concerns related to membership

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years in customer service, administration, or sales (HVAC experience is a plus)
Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills with a calm, customer-first approach
Experience with CRM platforms and tools like ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently
Willingness to learn about HVAC systems and improve processes
