Your New Role

This is an in-person role based in Owings Mills, MD. You’ll:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory

• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy

• Oversee transportation logistics for all inbound and outbound shipments

• Implement and improve inventory tracking systems

• Organize, plan, and streamline warehouse processes to boost productivity

• Keep tools, parts, and mechanical/plumbing equipment ready and accounted for

• Help create a new inventory system that actually works and scales with growth

• Must have prior warehouse management experience in a construction or skilled trade environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing tools, parts, and systems

• Proven success in freight operations, shipping/receiving, and logistics planning

• Experienced in managing and leading warehouse teams

• Familiarity with inventory software and systems

• Driver’s License (Required)

• Must be able to reliably commute to Owings Mills, MD
