Salary range: $105,000–$130,000 per year (Top pay reserved for senior-level candidates with 10+ years of experience)
Full-time, exempt position
Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
Office-based in Owings Mills, MD with regional travel to job sites

Oversee mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping) from kickoff to closeout in Owings Mills, MD, and surrounding areas
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals
Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications
Track budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to drive profitability
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing documentation
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and workmanship
Proactively resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance
Help shape a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and construction methods
Strong grasp of project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical designs
Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software
Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region
PMP certification (preferred but not required)
Foundation software experience (a plus but not mandatory)
