Your New Role
As a Mechanical Estimator in Owings Mills, MD, you’ll be responsible for:
- Performing take-offs and gathering all necessary materials to create accurate mechanical estimates.
- Calculating costs and preparing bids for commercial and new construction projects.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
- Utilizing computers and estimating software to streamline the bidding process.
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of cost estimation.
