Your New Role

• Work as a Master Plumber in San Antonio, TX and the surrounding service area

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex residential and commercial plumbing problems

• Perform plumbing service, repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and water leaks

• Install and repair water supply, waste, vent, and drainage systems

• Install, repair, and service traditional and tankless water heaters

• Perform drain and sewer diagnostics, repairs, and replacements

• Install and repair toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipment

• Diagnose and service gas piping and related systems

• Install and service water treatment and water softening equipment

• Complete whole-home repiping and plumbing system upgrades

• Read and interpret plumbing plans, specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation

• Ensure plumbing work complies with Texas plumbing codes, local requirements, permits, safety requirements, and company standards

• Clearly explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommended solutions to customers

• Maintain accurate service documentation and records of completed work

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Journeyman Plumbers and apprentices when needed

• Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

• Valid Texas Master Plumber License

• 7+ years of professional plumbing experience

• Strong residential service, repair, installation, and troubleshooting experience

• Knowledge of Texas plumbing codes, gas piping, water heaters, drain, sewer, and water systems

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Mentoring, commercial plumbing, sewer diagnostics, repiping, and water treatment experience preferred
