Work as a Master Plumber serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area
Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing systems
Diagnose complex plumbing problems and determine the right repair or replacement solution
Install and repair water supply, drain, waste, vent, sewer, piping, and plumbing fixture systems
Diagnose and repair water leaks, slab leaks, and piping issues
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace traditional and tankless water heaters
Install and repair toilets, faucets, sinks, fixtures, valves, drains, and related plumbing equipment
Troubleshoot sewer and drainage problems, including drain cleaning and sewer-line repairs
Install and service gas piping when applicable
Complete plumbing work for remodels and new-construction projects
Perform or oversee rough-in, top-out, trim, and finish plumbing
Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation
Ensure installations and repairs comply with Texas plumbing codes and applicable municipal requirements
Assist with plumbing permits, inspections, and code-compliance requirements
Inspect completed plumbing work for quality, safety, and code compliance
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to plumbers and apprentices
Prepare or assist with estimates, material requirements, and job documentation
Clearly communicate plumbing problems and recommended solutions to customers
Maintain accurate records of completed work
Follow company and job-site safety procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and assigned company vehicles
Deliver professional and courteous customer service

Current Texas Master Plumber License in good standing.
Minimum 7+ years of professional hands-on plumbing experience, with strong experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
Strong experience in plumbing service, repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing problems independently.
Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and applicable local requirements.
Experience with water supply, drain, waste, vent, and sewer systems.
Experience installing and repairing traditional and tankless water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, toilets, faucets, and drains.
Ability to read plumbing plans, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong commitment to quality workmanship and job-site safety.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to reliably travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth service area.
