Your New Role

As a Maintenance/Custodian Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly inside and outside the facility in La Crosse, WI. Your key responsibilities include:

• Making and accepting deliveries

• Operating a forklift and handling warehouse logistics

• Performing grounds maintenance and basic repairs

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the building, including the basement

• Multitasking to handle daily demands effectively

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (custodian, maintenance, warehouse, or logistics)

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Comfort with forklift operation and general warehouse duties

• Ability to bend, lift, and operate company vehicles as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
