Your New Role

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

• Install, integrate, and service advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and duress systems

• Work with detention-grade hardware like sliders, locks, frames, doors, and related components

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

• Travel to various project sites as assigned (regional travel required)

• Maintain accurate documentation, testing records, and service logs

• Collaborate with field reps and manufacturers when troubleshooting

• Deliver quality workmanship aligned with CML Security’s standards

• Location: This role is based in Colorado with travel to project sites

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience OR equivalent technical education

• OSHA-10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Experience with electronic security systems or mechanical installations is a major plus

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel as part of a full-time, field-based role
