Competitive hourly pay of $25 - $50/hour (based on experience)
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday schedule
On-call needs and overtime available as necessary
Full-time, travel-based role with consistent project assignments

Ongoing industry training and safety certifications (like OSHA-10)

Your work has a real-world impact on safety and security
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Install, integrate, and service advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and duress systems
Work with detention-grade hardware like sliders, locks, frames, doors, and related components
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
Travel to various project sites as assigned (regional travel required)
Maintain accurate documentation, testing records, and service logs
Collaborate with field reps and manufacturers when troubleshooting
Deliver quality workmanship aligned with CML Security’s standards
Location: This role is based in Colorado with travel to project sites

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience OR equivalent technical education
OSHA-10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Experience with electronic security systems or mechanical installations is a major plus
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel as part of a full-time, field-based role
