Your New Role

As a Low Voltage Technician at HEI Inc, you will:

• Complete installations of security cameras, burglary alarm systems, card access systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot security cameras, burglary alarm systems, card access systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with expertise.
• Conduct site surveys and strategize the best approaches.
• Coordinate closely with clients and project managers.
• Provide technical support and maintain accurate documentation.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
• Champion safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment.

• Must be licensed in the state of New Mexico ES-03J
• Must be dependable and hard-working
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• High-quality and detail-oriented installations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Willingness to work extended/irregular working hours
• 1-2 years of field experience
• Clean driving record
• Clean Background check result
• Able to pass a drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
