Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Hours: 41–50 hours/week with year-round work

Located in Spring Valley, CA (field-based work within a 30-mile radius), you’ll
Show up at the office, get your assignments, and hit the field.
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and school sites.
Troubleshoot technical issues, replace faulty components, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Use aerial equipment, mechanical/electrical tools, and hand/power tools to get the job done.
Keep your company vehicle, tools, and supplies in top shape—just like the systems you’ll work on.

3–5 years of experience in low voltage, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
Comfortable with aerial equipment and construction site environments
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
