Your New Role

• Location: Tyler, TX (within 30-mile radius)

• Jobsite Variety: Residential, commercial, new construction, and repairs

• Daily Kickoff: Start at 7:30 AM sharp at the shop, load up with your apprentice, and hit the site

• Duties Include:

  • Install plumbing systems and fixtures to code

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

  • Ensure site safety and team coordination

  • Supervise and lead jobsite operations

  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment

• Valid Journeyman or Tradesman plumber license (State of Texas)

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial construction

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong ability to lead, troubleshoot, and collaborate with others

• Must be insurable under the company vehicle policy (clean driving record)

• Ability to read blueprints, operate tools, and manage apprentices effectively
