Your New Role

  • Lead daily field operations for installation and service technicians

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, installation, and repair of water treatment systems, including softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration units

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex service and installation challenges

  • Conduct job site inspections and ride-alongs to enforce quality and workmanship standards

  • Train, mentor, and coach technicians to improve technical performance and customer experience

  • Support onboarding and hands-on training for new field technicians

  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including productivity, callbacks, and job quality

  • Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations

  • Improve operational efficiency through better inventory control, truck stock management, and job readiness

  • Collaborate with operations to optimize scheduling and routing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally

  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to field revenue growth

Job requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in plumbing or water treatment systems

  • 1 to 2 years of leadership, senior technician, or mentoring experience preferred

  • Advanced expertise in water treatment systems, including softeners, reverse osmosis, and filtration units

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on accountability

  • Skilled in diagnostics, installation, and repair of residential water systems

  • Experience with soldering, welding, and advanced installation techniques preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple technicians, job sites, and priorities effectively

  • Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field service management software

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical fieldwork, including bending, crouching, and working in confined spaces
