What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations and system replacements

• Ensure installs meet code, safety, and quality standards

• Train and support apprentice technicians on-site

• Handle system upgrades and complex installs

• Maintain accurate job documentation

What You Need

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• EPA Certification

• Proven ability to lead and train others

• Strong installation and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Ability to work independently and lead jobs
