Your New Role

Located in Memphis, TN, you’ll be the Lead Plumber responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems per IPC and local codes

• Running new construction, residential, and commercial plumbing jobs

• Leading and overseeing helpers and subcontractors to ensure job safety and quality

• Taking charge of multiple projects and executing under tight deadlines with precision

• 2-5+ years of experience in service and new construction plumbing

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong hands-on knowledge

• Backflow Certification (preferred but not required)

• Able to read and interpret plumbing blueprints (a plus)

• Strong understanding of IPC and local plumbing codes

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proven ability to lead teams and oversee job site performance

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and complete a drug screening
