Your New Role

As a Lead Plumber, you will:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in line with local and IPC codes

• Manage a variety of jobs across commercial, new construction, and residential spaces

• Supervise helpers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality on every project

• Efficiently manage multiple projects, especially those with tight deadlines

• 2-5+ years of experience in service and new construction plumbing

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong hands-on skills

• Backflow Certification (preferred)

• Proficiency with plumbing blueprints (a plus)

• Knowledge of local codes, including IPC

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to lead helpers and subcontractors

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and complete a drug screening
