Your New Role: Lead Insulation Installer
- Assess job sites to evaluate insulation needs, safety concerns, and project requirements
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for job readiness
- Lead a team of 2-7 installers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for crew, management, and customers
- Perform hands-on installation of various insulation types, including attics, crawl spaces, walls, and drill-and-fill projects
- Oversee the use of materials like fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and radiant barriers
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to confirm job quality and satisfaction
- Document job details, including time logs, materials, and project notes
- Report issues, delays, or changes to management
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring proper waste disposal
- Stay informed on new insulation techniques and recommend process improvements

Job requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on insulation installation experience, including various materials and techniques
- Background in construction is preferable
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing small teams
- Strong customer service skills with clear on-site communication
- Ability to document job details accurately to support project management
