Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish in Harleyville, SC and surrounding service areas

• Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related HVAC systems

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local HVAC codes

• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final performance adjustments

• Communicate with homeowners about system operation and answer basic questions

• Collect payments when required and submit accurate job documentation

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

• Properly handle and maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment

• Coordinate with office staff and team members to keep projects on track

• Use FieldEdge software to document and close out work orders

• 5 or more years of HVAC installation experience

• Proven experience leading or assisting full system installations

• EPA Certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and technical documents

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Consistent and reliable work history preferred
