Your New Role

• Work as a Lead Installation Technician based in Kent, Ohio

• Perform residential insulation installation and weatherization work, including projects completed through county weatherization programs

• Complete installation work independently with minimal supervision

• Apply broad residential construction knowledge to changing job-site conditions and project requirements

• Perform insulation, air sealing, and other energy-efficiency and weatherization improvements based on project requirements

• Handle smaller window installation and replacement projects, typically one to three windows, as needed

• Assist with garage door installation, service, and related residential construction work

• Maintain an efficient work pace while consistently delivering high-quality workmanship

• Use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely and effectively

• Follow job-site safety procedures, installation specifications, and project requirements

• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared to contribute

• Set a strong example for other crew members through your craftsmanship, reliability, professionalism, and work habits

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in construction, insulation, weatherization, residential installation, or a closely related skilled trade

• Previous construction experience required

• Experience with insulation installation, air sealing, weatherization, or residential energy-efficiency improvements strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned work with minimal supervision

• Working knowledge of residential construction methods, hand tools, power tools, and job-site practices

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards

• Experience with window installation, window replacement, or garage door installation is a plus

• Willingness and ability to learn additional installation and weatherization techniques

• Dependable attendance and consistent reliability

• Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and ability to lead by example

• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on residential construction and home improvement environment
