Your New Role

As our Lead Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC installs to residential customers in New Orleans, LA and surrounding areas. You’ll lead installs, ensure quality, and represent the One Hour brand with professionalism and care.

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Complete job documentation accurately and thoroughly

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Deliver excellent customer service at every appointment

• Maintain company-provided equipment in top condition

• Participate in rotating weekend schedule

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working a rotating weekend schedule

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
