Pay

• This Lead HVAC Service Technician position comes with a competitive wage of $30 - $38/hour, depending on experience

Work Week Schedule

• Typical workweek is eight (8) hour workdays five (5) days per week with on-call weekend work on a rotating basis
• During peak times and seasonal extreme weather-related events, the position may require longer hours with overtime paid as applicable

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair heating and air conditioning systems as well as various equipment.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with minimal supervision in the field 
• Maintain accurate and complete invoices, paperwork, and other procedures to company standards
• Maintain the highest safety standards while working on the job
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism while working on the job
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude, the heart of a teacher - someone who is enthusiastic about training and mentoring technicians.

• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience as an HVAC service technician.
  
• Expert Knowledge about technology
• Ability to understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform the required service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire. 
• Valid Kansas or Missouri Driver’s license and a clean driving record. 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
