Your New Role

We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installation Technician in New Orleans, LA. If you're based in St. Tammany Parish or nearby, we want to hear from you. You’ll be the go-to expert on each install, making sure jobs are completed cleanly, safely, and to spec.

• Install residential HVAC systems according to code and company standards

• Identify and solve issues in real-time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Accurately complete job documentation and reports

• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicle

• Participate in scheduled rotating weekend shifts

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred (not required)

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Willingness to work rotating weekends

• Valid driver’s license
