Your New Role

We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team in New Orleans, LA. If you're based in St. Tammany Parish or nearby, you're in the right spot. You’ll be responsible for delivering clean, code-compliant residential HVAC system installations and creating a great experience for every customer.

• Install heating and cooling systems to manufacturer and company standards

• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, practical solutions

• Complete job documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Deliver excellent service to every homeowner

• Care for company-provided tools, vehicle, and materials

• Be available for rotating weekend shifts as scheduled

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Open to working rotating weekends

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
