Pay: $28 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications
Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
Minimum 40-hour workweek with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
Company vehicle provided for field work
Steady year-round work on projects throughout Indiana
Based in Frankfort, Indiana, with travel to job sites across the state
Take on a leadership role with the support to make decisions in the field

Work on a variety of petroleum infrastructure, underground storage tank, and environmental service projects

Lead field crews on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects throughout Indiana
Install, remove, and upgrade underground storage tank (UST) systems
Perform and oversee cathodic protection installations and testing
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site activities
Communicate with customers, inspectors, and internal team members to support successful project completion
Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations on every job
Travel regularly to project sites throughout Indiana

Valid ICC State Certifications preferred:
U1 Underground Storage Tank Installation and Retrofitting
U2 Underground Storage Tank Decommissioning
U4 Cathodic Protection
3 to 5 years of experience in petroleum field services, underground storage tank work, or related construction trades
Experience leading crews and managing job site operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel to job sites throughout Indiana
Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental compliance standards
