Leadership with real field experience who understand the demands of electrical work
Lead crews of 2 to 10 electricians on commercial electrical projects in Austin, Texas and within a 30 mile radius
Oversee daily jobsite operations, productivity, and safety procedures
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installations
Ensure all work aligns with NEC standards and local electrical codes
Plan and organize daily and weekly crew schedules
Coordinate manpower and evaluate crew performance
Complete material takeoffs and ensure materials arrive on schedule
Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and field teams
Use project management software such as Procore when applicable to track progress and documentation

Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
Minimum 2 years of hands on commercial electrical experience
6 to 12 months of lead journeyman or job running responsibility preferred
Proven ability to lead crews and manage commercial job sites
Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and time management
Familiarity with material takeoffs and jobsite coordination
Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
