• Hold a Journeyman plumber or above license in the state of Minnesota
• With a proven track record of at least 8+ years of plumbing experience
• Demonstrate the ability to perform plumbing tasks accurately and effectively, in compliance with local codes and regulations
• Proficient knowledge of local codes and regulations is essential 
• Have a background that showcases your ability to relate to and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• You should be adept at plumbing tasks carried out efficiently and collaboratively, exhibiting a teachable attitude and strong teamwork
• Can present yourself in a clean-cut and presentable manner, reflecting professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues
• Being able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, from clients to colleagues, is essential to excel in this role
• Display a high level of competence in plumbing tasks, along with the capacity to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies as they emerge
• Have a Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination, drug test, and background check 
• Must be authorized to work in the US. & Minnesota
