Your New Role

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and surrounding areas

• Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver effective, high-quality solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present service options

• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, piping systems, and related components

• Ensure all work meets Wisconsin plumbing codes and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional job site

• Represent Steve’s Plumbing & Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License preferred or ability to obtain (including out-of-state candidates)

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and offer service options

• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and commitment to company culture

• Ability to work independently and manage your own service truck

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
