What You’ll Get

• $38–$50/hour based on experience, plus production pay opportunities

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • $2,500 at 6 months

  • $2,500 at 12 months

  • Bonus paid in installments after 6 and 12 months of active employment

• Consistent full-time schedule (40–45 hours/week)

• Monday–Friday work with optional overtime

What You’ll Do

• Run residential plumbing service calls

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

• Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems

• Communicate with homeowners and present solutions

• Manage your own schedule and workflow

• Maintain a clean, organized truck

• Handle residential service work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

What You Need

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (or ability to obtain)

• 3+ years of residential service experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong customer communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Must be willing to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids area
